SafeMilk provides an estimation tool to help users determine when it may be safe to breastfeed after consuming alcohol. The App uses user-provided data to calculate estimated blood alcohol concentration (BAC) levels.
The information provided by the App is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice or concerns regarding alcohol consumption and breastfeeding.
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for calculations. The App’s estimations are based on the data you provide.
Personal Use: The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SafeMilk disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.
In no event shall SafeMilk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
App Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
Terms Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of SafeMilk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany/ Karlsruhe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
